Sharyn has extensive experience in security and hospitality, working in the family business, since 1992,  Sharyn has undertaken a diverse range of duties in security and hospitality including Security Officer, Firearms Instructor, Sizzler, Great Keppel Island and Manager of Hideaway Island (Vanuatu).

Sharyn is responsible for overall management of NSTA including AVETMISS reporting and liaising with training centres Australia wide.
